Selah Digital is a healthcare technology consultancy that provides:

• Platform implementation and configuration (including Salesforce Health Cloud, ServiceNow, and AWS Health Data Services)
• Data architecture, interoperability, and integration services (FHIR R4, HL7, openEHR)
• Digital experience design for healthcare organizations
• AI and automation consulting for clinical and operational workflows
• Advisory and strategy services for health systems, payers, and health tech companies

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate statements of work or engagement agreements between Selah Digital and our clients. This Site provides general information about our capabilities and is not a binding offer of services.

Use of the Site

You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• Submit any protected health information (PHI) through the contact form or any other channel on this Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other systems, or networks connected to the Site
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Site for any purpose without our express written permission

The Selah Digital name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Selah Digital. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

You may print or download content from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial, informational use only. No right, title, or interest in or to the Site or any content on the Site is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Selah Digital.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Selah Digital, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Dallas County, Texas. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
